BronkhorstW-101ACEM适用精準(zhǔn)的蒸氣流運輸，壓力在真空泵到100bar中間，可混和(hé)較大總流量2g/h液态和較大總流量4ln/min載(zǎi)氣。
溫度控(kòng)制混和設(shè)備與μ-FLOW液體(tǐ)流量計和載氣MFC組成應用，一同組成(chéng)操縱(zòng)揮發和混和（CEM）系統軟(ruǎn)件。
