3通混合閥和冷凝器
BronkhorstW-101ACEM适用精(jīng)準的蒸氣流運(yùn)輸(shū)，壓力在真空泵到(dào)100bar中(zhōng)間，可混和較大總流量2g/h液态和較(jiào)大總(zǒng)流量4ln/min載氣。
溫度控制混和設備與μ-FLOW液體流量計(jì)和載氣MFC組(zǔ)成應用，一(yī)同組成操(cāo)縱揮發和混(hùn)和（CEM）系統軟件(jiàn)。
